The short version.
Booking
Deposits
Flash is booked with a 15% deposit — that's what confirms and locks in the appointment. It comes off the total, and the balance is paid on the day. Payment is handled by Stripe; I never see or store your card details.
Holds
Picking a time holds it for 24 hours. The deposit confirms it. If the deposit isn't paid in that window the time and the design go back up automatically, and you're not charged anything.
One of one
Once a flash design is booked it comes off the shop and won't be tattooed on anyone else.
Changes
If something comes up, get in touch as early as you can and we'll find another date.
Custom work
Custom pieces aren't booked or paid for on this site. We'll agree the piece, the days and the cost first, and I'll send everything through from there.
Aftercare and shop policy
Covered by Imperio Tattoos directly — you'll get it in writing when you come in, and I'll go through it with you before you leave.
